Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Our practice accepts most health insurance plans and we provide verification of insurance benefits for all new patients. In addition, we welcome Workers' Compensation as well as No-Fault Insurance for applicable psychotherapy services.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards as well as HSA/FSA cards are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments are reserved in advance and our office requests ample notification of any changes to scheduled appointments. Appointments not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.
